1. Estimate: I will first provide an initial quote to establish the base price for your commission.
2. Rough Sketch: After the initial quote is confirmed, I will create a simple rough sketch to decide on the character's pose. 
3. Detailed Sketch: Once the pose is approved, I will create a more detailed sketch. 
4. Final Quote & PayPal Invoice : Once the detailed sketch is approved, I will provide a final quote. After you confirm the total, I will send a PayPal invoice via DM. Please complete the payment within 48 hours. 
5. Production: Once payment is confirmed, I will begin the final production of the artwork. 
6. Delivery: Upon completion, I will send the full-resolution file via an online storage service.
   *The file will be provided as a flattened PNG (all layers merged).

【Important!】

• Order Submission: To request a commission, please fill out and submit the dedicated order form.
• Language & Communication: I use a translation tool for English communication. Please avoid using heavy slang or extreme abbreviations in your messages so I can translate them accurately. I appreciate your patience and understanding regarding my English skills.
• Production & Delays: I may experience delays due to work, health, or other personal circumstances. Additionally, since I handle multiple commissions at once, I may not be able to finish your order immediately. Please understand that the process takes time.
• Refund Policy: I do not offer refunds under any circumstances once the production has started.

1. The artwork will be completed within 1 to 2 months (average: 1 month).
2. Please note: Characters with high drawing costs (complex designs, many parts, etc.) will incur a higher price than the base rate and may require more time than the average turnaround.

1. Mecha / Robots (Complex machinery)
2. NSFW (Explicit or suggestive content)
3. Complex backgrounds or Cityscapes
4. Fanart (Characters from existing games, anime, etc.)

1. Original Characters Only: I only accept requests for completely original characters (OCs). Please note that I may decline requests for character designs modeled after existing copyrighted series or franchises to avoid copyright issues.
2. Design Details: Please provide clear instructions regarding the character's clothing and handheld items/accessories. Attaching both text descriptions and reference images will help the production process go much more smoothly.
3. Complex Designs: If a character's design has an exceptionally high drawing cost or significantly more detail/parts than average, I reserve the right to decline the request.

1. Limit: You may add a maximum of one additional character to a single illustration (for a total of two characters).
2. Fees: Please note that an additional fee applies for each character added.
3. No Discounts: There are no multi-character discounts available. Each character will be charged at the standard rate.

1. Sketch Phase: Please request any changes during the sketch stage. Up to 3 minor revisions are free of charge. Any revisions beyond that will incur an additional fee (starting from $5 USD, depending on the complexity).
2. *Final Stage: Please be aware that major revisions during the final rendering/line art stage will require an additional fee.

*Examples of major revisions: Changing the character's pose, coloring style, modifying parts/design, or changing the background lighting.

1. Initial Quote: After accepting your request, I will provide an initial quote (this serves as a base price estimate).

1. Final Quote: Once the sketch is completed and approved, I will provide a final quote with the total amount.
2. Payment Method: Payments are accepted via PayPal only. After you confirm the final quote, I will send a PayPal invoice to your email or via DM.

• Full Payment Only: I only accept one-time full payments. Installment plans (paying in parts) are not available.
• Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital products, I do not offer refunds for any reason. All sales are final. Please ensure you are certain before making your payment.

If you wish to cancel your order, the following cancellation fees will apply based on the stage of production:

• Early Stage (Before any revisions/adjustments):
  A cancellation fee of 25% of the total order amount (base price) will be charged.
• Intermediate Stage (After revisions/adjustments have begun):
  A cancellation fee of 35% of the total order amount (base price) will be charged.
• Final Stage (After final revisions and the final quote have been issued):
  A cancellation fee of 50% of the estimated total will be charged.

•  Late Payment (If 1 week has passed since the payment deadline): A cancellation fee of 100% of the estimated total will be charged. Additionally, please be aware that I may decline any future commission requests from you.

If you wish to receive the unfinished work after a cancellation, a separate transfer fee will be required. The fees are as follows: 

1. Illustrations:
   A transfer fee of 50% of the total order amount (base price) is required.
2. Character Sheets (New Design):
   The transfer fee will be equal to the full character design price.
3. Character Sheet Remakes:
   A transfer fee of 50% of the total order amount (base price) is required.

【Please Note】
Creating an (2)Original Character Sheet involves designing a character from scratch, which requires a significant amount of time, effort, and creative cost. For this reason, the transfer fee for these works is higher. We appreciate your understanding.

Please note that while we strive for the highest quality service and prioritize a strong working relationship with our clients, we cannot be held liable for unforeseen issues or force majeure events. If an unexpected situation arises, we ask that you endeavor to resolve the matter on your own.

We are committed to maintaining a smooth workflow and meeting our clients' needs. Should you have any questions or requests, please feel free to reach out at any time. 

1. Non-Commercial Use Only: My artwork is for non-commercial use only. You may use the artwork for personal purposes, such as making physical prints for yourself.
2. Reproduction and Distribution: By commissioning me, you agree to use the artwork solely for personal use. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or sell the artwork for any purpose beyond private use.
3. Social Media Posting: You are welcome to post the artwork on social media, provided that you give proper credit. Please include my handle: (@YAMAINU_KEN / 山戌軒).
4. Portfolio & Promotion: I reserve the right to post the completed artwork on my social media or include it in my self-published books (Doujinshi). Please note that this may not happen in every case.

1. Prohibition of AI Learning/Output: Under no circumstances is my artwork to be used for AI training, machine learning, or as input for AI-generated output.
2. Legal Action: If such usage is discovered, please be aware that I will take legal action. I strictly prohibit any use of my work in connection with generative AI.
