After accepting the request, create a rough sketch. If there is no problem with rough sketches, I will send the price list* via DM. Please pay within 48 hours.

If the fee is paid successfully, we will proceed to the creation of the art in earnest.

I will complete the commission within a 1～2 month.

When the work is completed, I will send you full-size art using the online storage service.

【！】IF THE PAYMENT DATE IS ONE WEEK PAST THE DUE DATE, IT WILL BE TREATED AS A CANCELLATION AND 30% OF THE ORDER AMOUNT WILL BE CHARGED AS A CANCELLATION FEE.

* Items with high drawing costs and more parts will be higher than the list price.

If you would like to make a request, please fill out a special order form and submit it. I am using a translator, so please be careful not to type in the omitted words.

MY ENGLISH IS NOT VERY GOOD. I AM USING A MACHINE TRANSLATION. I WOULD APPRECIATE YOUR UNDERSTANDING.

I may be slow due to real life priorities (in work, illness, etc...) I am doing multiple commissions, so i can not complete it immediately. I hope you understand that it will take time to done.

PLEASE CLARIFY THE CHARACTER'S BELONGINGS AND CLOTHING INSTRUCTIONS. IT IS DESIRABLE THAT BOTH TEXT AND IMAGES ARE INCLUDED.

As the number of characters increases, so does the price.

The price will also increase if the character uses parts, clothing, props and complex poses.

Also, if the characters are too detailed, we may refuse.

You can add up to １ character.

If you use this option, you will need to pay an additional fee for one character.

Please let us know the composition and item changes at the "ROUGH SKETCH" STAGE.

There may be an additional charge for subsequent modifications.

＊THE CORRECTION IS FREE OF CHARGE UP TO 2 PLACES. SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS WILL INCUR ADDITIONAL CHARGES.

＊ALSO, IF YOU HAVE COMPLETED "ROUGH SKETCH AND LINE DRAWING", AND YOU HAVE REQUESTED A DIFFERENT VERSION OF THE WORK IN THE COLORING STAGE, YOU WILL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL FEE. 

(Example: I want the color of the character's background to be a different color, I want the version of clothes to be a different color, etc.)

Payment can only be made via PayPal.

Payment can only be made in one lump sum.

I do not accept payment methods such as installment payments.

Due to the nature of the product, we cannot issue a refund for any reason. Please understand.

When you cancel your order, the following cancellation fee will be charged.

※ If the rough sketch is modified more than three times, there will also be a correction fee.

■【EARLY STAGE】Before modification and adjustment

25% cancellation feeof the total price (list price) of your order.

■【MIDWAY※】After modification and adjustment

35% Cancellation fee of the total price (list price) of your order is charged

■【LAST MINUTE※】After correction, adjustment, and estimation  

50% cancellation fee of the estimated price (not the fixed price) will be charged

■【IF ONE WEEK HAS PASSED FROM THE SCHEDULED DATE OF PAYMENT】

100% cancellation fee of the estimated price (not the fixed price) will be charged. Also, please understand that i may refuse new commission requests from customers in the future.  

Due to the cancellation, there is a separate fee for transferring the work in the middle of production. It is as follows.

You need to pay the same price as the character design price. 

■【CHARACTER SHEET】Remake

50% of the total price (list price) of the item you ordered is required. 

※The original character sheet takes a lot of time and money to create characters from zero. Therefore, please understand that the transfer fee for the work will be high. 

I apologize for the inconvenience, but please understand that I am not responsible for any problems that arise. I always put our trust in our customers first and carry out our work in a perfect manner, but in the event of an unexpected situation, we need you to do your best to solve it yourself.

My artwork is only available for non-profit use.
The client can use my artwork for non-profit purposes only, such as printed materials.

By requesting a commission, you are agreeing that you will only use the illustration for personal use and will not reproduce and distribute the material for anything other than personal use.

I may (or may not) upload the finished illustration to my SNS, or publish it in doujinshi.

FOR ANY REASON, I PROHIBIT THE USE OF MY WORK FOR AI LEARNING OR AI OUTPUT. 

Please understand that if those uses are discovered, I will take legal action.
