This commission is specifically for Original Character (OC) design.

よくある質問・ご利用規約

■ 受付可能なもの 

  1. 完全なオリジナルキャラクターのデザイン（既存の作品、アニメ、ゲームをベースにしていないもの）
  2. ケモノキャラクター
  3. SFW（全年齢対象）

■ 受付不可能なもの

  1. 二次創作・版権キャラクターをベースにしたデザイン
  2. 細部や模様、ディティールが過度に複雑なデザイン
  3. NSFW（成人向け・R-18）

■ 受注から納品までの流れ

  1. 専用の注文フォームからリクエストを送信してください。(※内容によってはお断りする場合もございます。)
  2. いただいたリクエスト内容を確認し、メールまたはTwitter(X)のDMで事前お見積りをお送りいたします。 
  3. お見積りのご確認後、プランやオプションに沿ってラフスケッチを作成いたします。
  4. 修正や調整のご要望がございましたら、ラフスケッチの段階でご指示をお願いいたします。(※詳しくは別ページのご利用規約内 "■ 修正と調整について  " をご確認ください。) 
  5. 最終的なお見積り書を送付いたします。内容に問題がなければ、ご指定のメールアドレス宛にPayPalの請求書をお送りします。
  6. ご入金が確認され次第、本制作の作業を開始いたします。
  7. 完成サンプルをご確認いただいた後、PSDファイルとPNGファイルのセットで納品いたします。

■ お支払い方法

PayPalでのお支払いのみ受け付けています。※日本円での実際の決済額は、ご利用の決済会社（PayPalやクレジットカード等）の当日の為替レートによって変動します。

■ 連絡・進捗確認について

進捗状況等のご連絡は、X（旧Twitter）のDMまたは、メールにて行います。

■等身の高いキャラクターデザインは対応していますか？

いいえ。現段階では、サンプル画像にあるような等身のキャラクターデザインのみ受付を行っております。

■デザインの改変（微調整）について

画像生成AIツールを使用しないことを前提とし、軽微なアレンジ（衣装の着せ替え、髪型の少しの変更など）は自由です。ただし、原形を留めない大幅な改変や、公序良俗に反する目的（差別・ヘイト・過度な暴力・性的な表現など）を含む改変や使用は固くお断りいたします。

■ 使用範囲について

個人利用の範囲に限り、他クリエイターへのファンアート・コミッション依頼、個人用の印刷、グッズ制作などが可能です。

商用利用（収益化された配信や販売など）をされる場合は、必ず事前にご相談ください。

■ 禁止・注意事項

  1. 生成AIへの利用（あらゆるAIトレーニング、学習、出力を含む）
  2. 第三者への転売、譲渡、譲り渡し
  3. 政治、宗教、他者への批判・中傷目的での利用
※デザインしたキャラクターの使用において生じたいかなるトラブルについても、当方は一切の責任を負いかねます。 予めご了承ください。

■実績公開について

制作したデザインは実績としてSNS・同人誌に公開/掲載する場合があります。

【非公開を希望】される場合は事前にお知らせください。

■ 著作権について

キャラクターデザインの著作権は、制作者である私（山戌軒/@yamainu_ken）に帰属します。自作発言はお控えください。

■クレジット表記について

キャラクターを公開・使用する際、私のクレジット表記（＠yamainu_ken）は任意ですが、していただけると大変嬉しいです！

FAQ & TERMS OF SERVICE

■ WHAT I ACCEPT

  1. COMPLETELY ORIGINAL CHARACTER DESIGNS ONLY. (No fan characters or designs based on existing anime, games, or media.)
  2. Furry characters
  3. SFW (All-ages)

■ WHAT I DO NOT ACCEPT

  1. Designs based on existing copyrighted characters.
  2. Overly complex designs with too many intricate details or patterns.
  3. NSFW (Adult content) designs.

■ COMMISSION PROCESS

  1. Submit Request: Submit your request via the dedicated order form. (Please note that I may decline requests depending on the content.)
  2. Initial Quote: I will review your request and send an initial quote via email or Twitter(X) DM.
  3. Rough Sketch: Once you approve the initial quote, I will create a rough sketch based on your selected plan and options.
  4. Revisions & Adjustments: If you need any changes, please let me know during this sketch stage. (For details, please check "REVISIONS AND ADJUSTMENTS" in the Terms of Service.)
  5. Final Invoice: I will send the final quote. If everything looks good, a PayPal invoice will be sent to your email address.
  6. Final Production: Once your payment is confirmed, I will begin the final lineart and coloring.
  7. Delivery: After you approve the final completed sample, the PSD and PNG files will be delivered as a set.

■ PAYMENT METHOD

I only accept payments via PayPal.

■ CONTACT & PROGRESS UPDATES

Progress updates will be sent via X (Twitter) DM or email.
💡If you prefer email, I will contact you at the [email address provided in your order form].
*Please note that I will not respond to any private or personal messages that are not related to the commission.

■ CHARACTER PROPORTIONS

I do not accept characters with higher body proportions at this stage. I only design characters with the proportions shown in the sample images. 

■ CHARACTER ALTERATIONS

ON THE CONDITION THAT GENERATIVE AI TOOLS ARE NOT USED, minor edits like changing outfits or making slight hairstyle tweaks are perfectly fine. However, heavy redesigns that change the core character, or any alterations and uses that involve hate, discrimination, extreme violence, or NSFW/sexual themes, are strictly prohibited. 

■ USAGE RIGHTS

You can use the design for PERSONAL USE ONLY. This includes commissioning other artists for fan art, personal printing, and making physical goods for yourself.
For COMMERCIAL USE (monetized streaming, merch sales, etc.), please consult me beforehand. 

■ PROHIBITED MATTERS & DISCLAIMER

  1. ANY USE IN GENERATIVE AI (including AI training, learning, and generation).
  2. Reselling or transferring the design to a third party.
  3. Use for political, religious, or malicious purposes (such as slander/harassment).
    *Please note that I am not responsible for any trouble or disputes that may arise from the use of the designed character.

■ PORTFOLIO USE

I may post the completed design on my social media as a portfolio item. If you prefer it to be kept private, please let me know beforehand. 

■ COPYRIGHT

I (Yamainuken/@yamainu_ken) retain the full copyright to the design. Do not claim the artwork or design as your own.

■CREDIT

Crediting me (@yamainu_ken) when using the character is optional, but highly appreciated!

• パーツが多すぎるデザインや、複雑すぎる色・模様はお受けできません。

• ご提示いただいた内容をもとに、打ち合わせで私からデザイン案を提案させていただく場合もあります。

※キャラクターデザインの依頼は不定期で受け付けています。専用フォーム以外からのご依頼は承ることができません。

⚠️ 【Important Note】

  • Designs with too many parts, or colors and patterns that are overly complex, cannot be accepted.
  • Based on the information you provide, I may suggest and discuss design ideas with you during our consultation.
  • Character design commissions open irregularly. Requests through any platform other than the dedicated form cannot be accepted.
